Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective item, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please share the parcel opening video with us on WhatsApp (8017450556) within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We offer exchanges for items that meet the following criteria:

Unworn and Unwashed:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors or stains.

Original Packaging:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any tags or labels.

Initiate Exchange:
- To be eligible for an exchange, you must initiate the process within 2 days of receiving the product.
How to Request an Exchange

Contact Us:
- DM us or WhatsApp us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.

Receive Authorization:
- Once authorized, our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Send Back the Item:
- If you stay outside Kolkata, pack the item securely, including any tags or labels, and ship it back to the provided address. If you are from Kolkata, you can drop in to our Stores and avail instant exchange option.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as undergarments, swimwear, and accessories (earrings, clips, bracelets, shades, clutchers, keyrings, rubber bands, etc) are non-returnable unless they are defective.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds unless the item received is defective and cannot be replaced.
