Refund policy

We have NO return policy, which means you are requested to check all details such as color, fabric, price and other relevant details before making your online purchase with us.

In case of defective product being sent to you, you are eligible for an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, you MUST share parcel opening video within 48 hours; return item in the same condition that you received, with tags, and in its original packaging. You might also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like accessories and innerwear. Also, we cannot accept exchange requests on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We do not have refund policy. Only exchange is possible if you meet the above criteria.
